Hot Stone Massage
A Hot stone massage is a special massage where the therapist uses smooth, heated stones, either as an extension of their own hands, or by placing them on the body while they massage other parts of the body. The heat can be both deeply relaxing and help warm up tight muscles so the therapist can work more deeply, more quickly.

Aromatherapy Full body Massage
Aromatherapy massages use delicately extracted essential oils found in aromatic plants. Each oil has its own scientifically proven therapeutic properties and benefits and is absorbed into the body both by inhalation and via the skin. The oils are specially selected and blended to tailor-make the treatment to suit your needs. The massage movements are slower than for Swedish Massage, and this treatment is designed to relax and re-balance energy levels whilst also alleviating muscular tension and stress.

Swedish Full Body Massage (to include face and scalp)
The main purpose of Swedish massage is to increase the oxygen flow in the blood and release toxins from the muscles. The term "Swedish Massage" refers to a variety of techniques specifically designed to relax muscles by applying pressure to them against deeper muscles and bones, and rubbing in the same direction as the flow of blood returning to the heart. This is a massage to the whole body including face and scalp. It will relax and rejuvenate the whole wellbeing.

Champissage - also known as an Indian Head Massage
Champissage is a special massage of the head, neck and face with the purpose of manipulating energy channels. The goal is to clear blocks in these energy channels that cause a build-up of negative energy that are purported to cause ailments.
