Complaints Procedure
If you have any comments or complaints about the services we provide, please make them to the Senior Practitioner (Optometrist - Mr Christopher Young).
He will then discuss the problem that has arisen with another Senior Practitioner by the end of the next working day.
In the event of a complaint, you will receive formal notification of receipt of the complaint within 48 hours and a full reply within 14 days.
